By using Mech Hevan, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

We aim to present product descriptions, condition grades, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen. Pre-owned items may show wear described in their listing. A listing or cart does not guarantee availability, and we may correct genuine pricing, description, or inventory errors before accepting an order.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted after Mech Hevan confirms availability, payment where applicable, and fulfilment details. We may contact you to verify an order or cancel it if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information appears inaccurate, or fraud is suspected.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For bank or wallet transfers, you are responsible for checking the displayed recipient details and submitting accurate proof. Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on location and order details.

Delivery charges, service areas, and estimated arrangements are shown during checkout or confirmed with you. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete address, a reachable phone number, and a person able to receive the order.

If an item is damaged, materially different from its confirmed listing, or appears faulty, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details. Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund depends on the item, its condition, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer law. Do not return an item until Mech Hevan provides return instructions.

A sell submission is a request for assessment, not a guaranteed offer. Any initial estimate may change after physical inspection. You confirm that you own the item or are authorised to sell it, that your description is accurate, and that the item is not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to another person's claim.

A sourcing request does not reserve a product or create an order. Availability, final price, delivery timing, advance payment, and cancellation terms will be confirmed before a special order proceeds. Supplier or international-shipping delays may be outside our control.

The website, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by Mech Hevan or used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping and communication with us. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape it abusively, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use the site to commit fraud.

You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant Mech Hevan permission to store, review, resize, and display that material as needed to assess a submission, process an order, provide support, or publish a listing with your agreement.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the extent permitted by law, Mech Hevan is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Nepal, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
