Mech Hevan operates the mechhevan.com online store and related customer services in Nepal. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to themechhevan@gmail.com.

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, password in protected form, verification status, and account role.
• Google sign-in information: when you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile picture information. We do not receive your Google password.
• Order and delivery information: cart contents, recipient name, phone number, address, city or district, delivery notes, payment method, order status, and transaction records.
• Uploads and requests: payment proof, gear photos, condition details, product requests, messages, quotations, and other information you submit.
• Technical information: security and server logs, IP address, browser or device information, session cookies, and aggregated website usage data.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, authenticate sign-ins, process and deliver orders, verify payments, respond to support and product requests, assess submitted gear, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Google user data is used only to authenticate you, identify the account connected to your Mech Hevan account, and prefill the name and email needed for that account. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive, or other Google services.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect authentication requests, preserve your cart, and maintain site security. We also use aggregated site analytics to understand website performance and usage. Google may set or read its own cookies when you use Google sign-in under Google's policies.

We share information only as needed with service providers that host the website and database, deliver email, store uploaded media, provide analytics, support Google sign-in, or help fulfil delivery and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, signed sessions, limited-access media, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for completed transactions, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

You can disconnect Mech Hevan from your Google Account settings. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete your Mech Hevan account or records; contact us if you also want to request deletion.

Mech Hevan is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version.
